As lead game designer it is my responsibility for the creation, and updating of game documentation. To create pitch documents and supplementary materials for new game ideas, and to ensure the games vision is clear, manageable and maintained.

I have managed, documented and produced several in house projects that have been widely used in my currentplace of employment. Some examples would be; Asset Management, Helpdesk Ticketing, Active DirectoryIntegration for the Web, and foreign database integration for the purposes of user management. Most recently Iassisted in the consolidation of multiple buildings to a new a campus location. This included such things as,companywide telephony changes, designing of the server/data room, deploying new servers, migrating older/legacyservices, and working with the network team to deploy CCA for wireless and wired systems.

In this role I worked alongside the founder of the project to develop an MVP usable for public consumption and to provide a proof of concept platform for investors to review. I was responsible for solving organizational problems through acquiring and adapting existing technologies to improve the product during its early development cycles. Leveraging these existing technologies reduced development time significantly as well as providing a non-proprietary approach to the application framework to decrease the complexities of knowledge transfer. The time working on this project in this capacity helped to enhance my project management, application development, and communication skills by pushing the boundries of knowledge and forcing me to learn more. While I had an already solid understanding of the PHP scripting language, as well as MySQL I tasked myself to learn alternatives methodologies to client side workload to remove the increased proccessing on the server side due to potential heavy traffic. I also had the opportunity to work with https://github.com/ as our SVN repository and other languages such as JSON and Jquery were also used extensively through the application to enhance the user experience.

Developed web solutions for clients looking for cost effective solutions for improving, or obtaining a web presence. Provided primary code pieces for web applications for a small scale, and efficient CCM.

Provided tier 3 support for the clients of Uniserve online, as well as assisting in the codification of certain online client interfaces for the purposes of bill reporting, and usage metering. Provide a supervisory function for front end tier 1 support groups. Provide documentation and support for in house applications used for internal helpdesk tracking.
