I have been an executive in the tech sector for more than 20 years - having led various AI & analytics teams including GenAI, data science, NLP, digital, predictive, data governance, marketing, sales, and customer. I am currently Head of AI & Analytics at Workhuman, a company that helps millions of people and organizations through cloud-based social recognition software. Prior to Workhuman, I was Chief Analytics Officer for Endurance International Group and CAO for Constant Contact, both SaaS marketing technology companies with millions of customers. Prior to Constant Contact, I was Chief Knowledge Officer at Monster Worldwide where I helped drive revenue from $300 Million to over $1.3 Billion. I started an international analytics division and created the Monster Employment Index that was tracked by millions of people in more than 30 countries in the United States, Europe and Asia. Prior to Monster, I created an analytics consulting practice for Gomez (now Compuware), where I led projects for Internet start-ups and well-known brands. I have advised many private and public organizations regarding analytics, including the White House, the Department of Labor, the European Commission, the Federal Reserve, the National Governors Association, the Clinton Global Initiative, and various U.S. senators. I have authored several international publications, including the books Win With Advanced Business Analytics (Wiley) and Finding Keepers (McGraw-Hill). I taught at the University of Chicago and hold a PhD in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University as well as a Certificate in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from MIT. I have appeared in various media outlets, including CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CBS, Bloomberg, and Reuters. I have also won several awards, including the Hardin Analytics Award from the American Marketing Association, the Platinum Award from PR News and an Ogilvy Award, and was named by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s top 40 under 40.
