Responsible for managing two TMA Information Assurance (IA) Teams during Approval to Operate (ATO), Interim Approval to Operate (IATO), Interim Approval to Test (IATT) and Annual Review (AR) efforts. Develop ATO, IATO, IATT and AR timelines to ensure accreditation for client sites adhere to certification requirements. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings between the TMA IA Team, TMA, and client sites to review status of effort and ensure milestones are met. Interface directly with client sites throughout the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process facilitating client understanding of DITSCAP / DIACAP. Conduct whiteboard sessions with client sites and TMA IA Team to determine Certification and Accreditation Boundary in order to create Letter of Agreement (LOA) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Perform Engineer duties, listed below, as needed.Responsible for ascertaining risks associated with client networks processing public health information (PHI) for HA/TMA. Perform baseline and mitigation visit testing, utilizing both automated and manual checklist scans, to ensure DISA requirements are implemented. Perform automated/manual scans using network and operating system scanning tool (eEye Retina), database scanning tool (AppDectivePro), PGD, SRRs, manual checklist, and STIGs. Maintain DITSCAP/DIACAP documentation required for Information System accreditation, ensuring documentation requirements, development and security requirements required by DITSCAP/DIACAP are met. Effectively communicate goals and responsibility to client sites and MHS/TMA (IA) Team during ATO, IATO, IATT and AR efforts. Attend weekly and monthly meetings between the MHS/TMA IA Team, TMA, and client sites to review status of efforts and milestones are met.
