Led nine personnel in monitoring and coordinating logistical support for sortie production and execution of the flying and aircraft maintenance schedules while updating and reporting fleet health indicators. Coordinated support services with four agencies while prioritizing the use of airfield assets for maintenance and servicing of C-5s, C-17s and varying civilian contract aircraft in a joint Navy/Air Force environment.

Enforced strict adherence to technical data and management procedures of twenty-six personnel across nine career fields. Ensured aircraft and equipment forms and automated Maintenance Information System documentation was completed, accurate and timely. Developed and executed monthly flying and maintenance schedules/plans and managed the maintenance production effort by assigning priorities to meet those schedules. Implemented specific emergency and disaster control and response measures to protect lives and property during natural and human induced events.

Led four Senior Non-Commissioned Officers in administrative functions. Managed 138 personnel in nine career fields supporting 24-hour operations. Ensured optimal number of qualified technicians were trained and available to accomplish all C-5 and C-17 maintenance requirements.

Began as server and was promoted to manager after only six months. Hired, scheduled and supervised wait staff of twelve to twenty man and women. As cashier, handled transactions up to thousands of dollars a day.

Constructed, broke down and maintained cargo barge tows. Responsible for the cleaning, repair and preventive maintenance of the boat and motors, as well as, the cooking for the crew.
