Crane Coffee was Omaha's Original Coffeehouse. I created and maintained Crane Coffee's relationships with the city of Omaha. Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external digital marketing and engagement promotions. Generate marketing strategies to drive repeat sales, build loyalty, and increase engagement targeting relevant content via digital networking opportunities that promote the brand. Produce content for all social media outlets that align with overall company digital presence, brand positioning, and promotional communications to improve the positive experience of employees & customers.Develop the vision and strategy for the brand’s use of vital communication channels, social media, and other marketing materials to drive the growth of our business through engagement practices. Collaborate effectively with store leadership to develop and share best practices in employee engagement by building trust and fostering strategic relationships for company growth and expansion. Motivate and mentor the store leadership through the implementation of marketing promotions that encourage employee satisfaction while achieving sales and performance goals. Expand the company’s community partnerships by identifying and implementing new programs and connections in the Omaha area. Work with the COO to analyze marketing trends and metrics to increase employee engagement, sense of ownership, and buy-in support between leadership, barista teams, and customers. Create meaningful employment experiences for our team members by upholding the company values; playing a key role in building and maintaining our culture. Supports company operations via the Corporate Office and assists the Owners and COO in their daily duties. Responsible for supporting the COO in creating marketing materials that best serve the company in fulfilling its goals for engagement and revenue growth. Monitor the performance of all team members via observation & feedback with the store manager.

The Giggle Farm is a self-published children's learning narrative. In my role with The Giggle Farm, I planned and executed marketing strategies and assessed trends in social media. I also managed public relations through the Author’s Facebook, Coordination of events, and appearances. I Maintained a network of peers and industry experts in social brand & promoting. I also created all digital marketing materials, posters, flyers, buttons, merchandise, and coloring pages.

At Think Healthcare, I designed graphics for use in marketing products. Created and editeddigital documents and images. Developed concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. Photography. Photo-editing. As well as created content for social media accounts. Analyzed micro and macro data for social media and create growth plans. Filmed and edited live presentations. I helped launch the Wellness committee as an original member and was a member of the employee recognition committee. I also worked closely with the Care Management Department as an Administrative Specialists. In Chronic Care Management, I completed insurance verifications. Groom patient charts for Medicare-approved preventive services. Organized and prepared daily Care Coordinator's schedules. Besides the work and fun, I did. I also work closely with process development for multiple different departments, but also future locations throughout the United States.I designed and built the Medical Records Department and was a founding member of the Agora Cafe.

Customer concerns/problem solving. Point of sale and barista shift work. Supervision of team speed and role-efficiency.

Creating task-lists and deep cleaning projects for all staff within the company. Coordinate and maintain scheduling. Daily sales and promotions.

With 24 Hour Fitness I was responsible for gaining new members into our fitness club. I gained leads and scheduled meetings for appointment. Upon appointment I would take the possible new members on tours while advertising all of what 24 Hour Fitness had to offer. Then by connecting and talking about personal goals we would prepare our newest members to reach their fitness goals.
