Consulting and advising organizations in the evaluation, implementation and communication of their employee benefit plans is my passion. I work extensively with Corporations, School Districts, Municipalities and Not-for-Profits in areas of strategic and innovative management of their employee benefits. The Healthcare system we know is changing by the day. My role is to be sure my clients are receiving thoughtful, expert advice and the tools they need to address both the increasing financial cost of their benefits and engage the vast array of regulatory and compliance laws facing the risk of their organizations.Whether a plan is an insured plan or self-funded, my focus is to bring-forth strong emphasis to areas of employee communication by leveraging resources and proprietary tools to help employees make better healthcare decisions.
