Oversaw all M&A sourcing and integration operations. Maintained acquisition pipeline, with direct input from PE ownership's goals and timelines. Owned complete M&A process, from LOI to close date. Headed all Due Diligence workstreams (internal and PE team). Operated as Director of Office of Integration, utilizing RACI Matrix for wide-ranging DD and integration projects. Served as first point of contact, liaison, and boots on ground for targeted acquisition ownership, counsel, and staff. Managed corporate project and task leads and deadlines amidst heavy travel schedules.• Closed 12 acquisitions, adding $64 million in annual revenue and $18 million in annual EBITDA.• Exceeded budgeted EBITDA growth each year despite challenges posed by COVID-19 interruption.

Led teams across seven states which included a heavy travel schedule, focusing on LES' Four Pillars—safety, environment, customer service, and continuous improvement. Managed multiple transportation units, full financials, scheduling, and monthly business reviews. Coordinated new business and account growth implementation with sales department. Oversaw full fleet management and safety and compliance regulation.• Successfully launched and managed Growth Markets in various locations.• Collaborated with multiple teams within matrix organization.• Led 25-30 direct reports and reported directly to Senior Vice President of Growth and COO.• Exceeded planned EBITDA in all markets under management as West Region RVP.• Received acknowledgment and annual awards for achieving company "Pillars" in multiple divisions.• Exceeded turnover, vacancy, and hiring goals in challenging hiring markets.• Expanded direct service to 20 new markets, achieving all goals, from budget to customer service.

Conducted market analysis and developed business plans for expansion of direct service markets. Oversaw hiring and training of local transportation teams and management. Managed equipment and office acquisition and synchronization. Ensured compliance with state, county, and city permitting. Rolled out service delivery for both local and national contracts with full P&L responsibility. All amidst a heavy travel schedule.

Maintained six class preps (seven total classes) with an average of 30 students: Presented daily lessons utilizing multiple teaching strategies. Met Dallas ISD and Texas state certifications and objectives. Met daily, weekly and monthly benchmarks, goals and objectives. Managed classroom conflict and parental communications. Collaborated with staff and administration for cross curriculum learning.
