Oversaw all M&A sourcing and integration operations. Maintained acquisition pipeline, with direct input from PE ownership's goals and timelines. Owned complete M&A process, from LOI to close date. Headed all Due Diligence workstreams (internal and PE team). Operated as Director of Office of Integration, utilizing RACI Matrix for wide-ranging DD and integration projects. Managed equipment and office acquisition and synchronization. Ensured compliance with state, county, and city permitting. Rolled out service delivery for both local and national contracts with full P&L responsibility. All amidst a heavy travel schedule.
