Using QuoteToMe's mobile app, companies can source quotes from multiple suppliers, award digital purchase orders to the chosen supplier, track the deliver of goods, scan receipt of goods documents and invoices from anywhere, and integrate all of this with their favourite accounting software.At QuoteToMe, I was responsible for designing and improving upon the entire user experience from the mobile app to the marketing website and emails. As a startup, speed to market was a top priority for the company. We were able to prototype new product concepts rapidly, test concepts with real users on a regular cadence, incorporate user feedback, and achieve business goals to the point of becoming revenue positive and achieving further venture capital investment.QuoteToMe has done a great job at attracting and retaining highly talented individuals who are able to move very quickly. Founded PassionPick and created a web app that creates informational interviews and collects key data about on variety of careers to convey a "day in the life" experience and clear understanding of what it would truly be like to work in a particular occupation. The application helped hundreds of young people choose a career and design a life for themselves that they love. We shadowed and interviewed hundreds of professionals from a large variety of occupations to produce multiple "day in the life" style videos to show people what it was really like to have that occupation. We accompanied the videos with multiple sources of data, derived from both primary and secondary research, and displayed the data in a concise, easy to read, infographic manner. The result was hundreds of occupational profiles in which people of all ages could access in order to help them decide on a career path to pursue.
