Associate Provider Engagement- Wellness
Current▪ Help support the Chief Wellness Officer to create and maintain wellness programs and initiatives for providers (i.e. peer mentorship, peer support, team building, exit interviews, etc.)▪ Develop a Peer Mentorship Program to include the program proposal, Mentor Handbook, training materials, and the bi-weekly operations of program (scheduling, assessment, and coordination)▪ Develop a Peer Support Program▪ Co-Lead the Crisis Response Team to include managing requests, handling in-takes, and leading debriefing or educational sessions for clinics after they’ve experiences an adverse event▪ Schedule, conduct, and assess all Provider Exits Interviews to include primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, fellows, and behavioral health specialists▪ Manage the Provider Health and Wellness Intranet Page to include re-designing the page to include all facets of wellness including a hands-on approach for providers and leaders to engage with their staffs ▪ Evaluate provider wellness metrics to include AMA Organizational Biopsy results, and semi-annual employee engagement surveys▪ Manage a Well-Being Committee▪ Assist in the operations of the monthly Clinical Excellence Speaker series to include creating monthly action plans, webinars, creation of online modules, managing surveys, and awarding CME▪ Assist in the operations of the Behavioral Health continuing education program to include maintaining month webinars and communications, psychiatry cohort registration and operations, and awarding continuing education credits for all programs▪ Plan, schedule, and determine topics for Coffee Chats with leaders▪ Create and maintain dashboard of all program elements to include pilot programs, wellness presentations, work-outside-of-work dashboards▪ Create and lead teambuilding workshops as a pilot program for clinics to include communication styles, stress styles, values, etc.
