Director
Current- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all activities of the Holland Public Library.
- Works closely with the Board of Trustees to establish Library policies and procedures, and to propose and implement changes for improved operation.
- Prepares and monitors the annual departmental budget for the library, pays all bills, and completes payroll.
- Responsible for the purchasing of all library materials, supplies, and equipment, and for securing contracts and services for building maintenance.
- Works with staff to plan, schedule and promote library programs.
- Responsible for collection development, including selecting and deselecting materials.
