I’m a strategic marketing executive who builds and nurtures winning teams, establishes robust analytics and insights practices, and partners cross-functionally to create meaningful customer experiences in retail, digital, e-commerce, and B2B omni-channels.

As the Senior Director of Marketing for Lifetouch, a Shutterfly brand, and a member of the executive team, I developed marketing and business strategies to improve the customer experience, leveraging data to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth targets. I led the successful integration of four niche marketing organizations after the Shutterfly acquisition.

Known as a passionate marketing leader, my colleagues appreciate my servant leadership approach that inspires them to develop and deliver their best work. Not your typical marketing executive, I take a holistic approach to envisioning marketing solutions, collaborating with sales, operations, manufacturing, customer services, finance, and IT to achieve our goals.

Previously as a Marketing Manager at Creative Memories, I developed acquisition strategies resulting in new consultant growth, onboarding success, and retention for the direct selling model. As the Marketing Manager at North American Membership Group (now Scout Media), I led an outbound sales team and successfully drove B2B partnership programs to strengthen customer acquisition for affinity organizations, including outdoor sports, and health, wellness, and fitness.

I want to make a difference. I love seeing my impact on people, customers, and the business. Growing up in a small town in Central Minnesota, I learned the value of working hard, listening to others, and leading by example. I became a student of human behavior, where I seek to understand what inspires people to act.
