Responsible for Full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of positions This includes: screening, identifying and interviewing qualified candidates and verifying candidate credentials.Coordinate with departments hiring managers in selection of a candidates. Maintains recruitment files/records, obtain essential offer approvals, and present formal offers to selected candidates.Present Benefit options to candidates.Counsels employees regarding career paths and other matters to positively affect retention and recruitment. Maintains positive and effective communications with candidates, employees, management and stakeholders.Proficient in multiple HRIS/application systems including Peoplesoft and Taleo.
