Responsible for the daily operations of a 77 room hotel that includes 5 meeting spaces, a movie theater, fire pits, fitness facility and acres of grounds. I started at the front desk, worked as the Event Coordinator for a year and then moved to the Sales and Marketing position. As of June 2013 I moved into the General Manager role and now I lead a team of 5 managers and 30-50 employees. Our company is founded on values and we have weekly leadership round tables to grow in those values. My role is to train, coach, and lead our staff to be top notch in customer service. I also have duties that include payroll, human resources, sales, and marketing. It is an honor to work with such a talented team and to lead the property through growth year after year. We work very hard but have a lot of fun along the way!
