Working for the Fleet Maintenance Facility, I was primarily tasked with research and development of engagement opportunities for their management staff of approximately 70 people. During this co-op I worked on primary research through interviews and secondary research culminating in several recommendations presented to senior leadership on the ways in which they could increase employee engagement and effective communication.
