I began my career with PCA right out of college into the GIFT Program. The GIFT program is a comprehensive rotational training program designed for graduating seniors to experience the major departments of a corrugated box plant and obtain a well-rounded knowledge of the packaging industry. After the GIFT program, I had the opportunity to work at the Denver Corrugated Full Line plant as a Sales Representative, before transitioning to the Corporate office in Illinois with our Containerboard Sales and HR department. I am so happy to be recruiting and coordinating the GIFT rotational training program for our PCA plants located across the country. The highlight of my job is supporting our young professionals in PCA, while also assisting with their professional development!
