With over a decade of experience at Pivotal Research, I’ve had the privilege of driving research initiatives that turn data into meaningful change. My passion lies at the intersection of people and data, where I work closely with clients to deliver tailored research solutions that address their unique needs. From leading healthcare regulatory feedback programs to designing customer satisfaction research programs for transit authorities in Canada, I’m committed to using both qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover actionable insights.My academic journey reflects my dedication to understanding complex social issues. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Biological Sciences and recently completed a Master of Arts in Community Engagement from the University of Alberta. My thesis delved into how women who have experienced federal incarceration define success after prison, a project inspired by my volunteer work with The Mustard Seed’s Open Door Program. Supporting community re-integration efforts has been a deeply rewarding experience, and it continues to fuel my passion for impactful research and community engagement.In addition to my work at Pivotal and The Mustard Seed, I am proud to serve as a volunteer advisor to Duologue Systems, where I am helping to develop a conversation AI tool designed to support women transitioning back into their communities post-incarceration. This innovative project leverages AI to provide personalized guidance and resources, aligning with my passion for using technology and research to create meaningful social impact.I’m energized by the chance to collaborate with industry leaders and community organizations, constantly seeking new ways to use research to inform decisions and drive positive outcomes.
