• Obtain and/or update patient demographic and insurance information• Prepare charts for upcoming appointments• Research and follow up on outstanding appointment requests including necessary paper work required for the appointment (referrals, authorizations, Skilled Nursing Facility consent forms, etc.)• Responsible for Providing appointment reminders calls to patients for upcoming appointments for a five physician practice• Provide courteous, professional and accurate service to all customer issues.• Responsible for responding to incoming referrals, clinic request, complete surgical transition of care• Responsible for answering and directing multiple phone lines• Liaison between call center and physicians • Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures• Navigate, schedule, and fax using Centricity

• Answer Phone Calls and answer questions related to, but not limited to insurance, cash rates, modalities offered, certifications of the physical therapists• Complete office tasks such as patient Intake paperwork, shredding, scanning, Microsoft Word and Excel documentation• Knowledge when using Wept Program and AdvancedMD • Understands Basic Verification of Medical Benefits • Provide the utmost quality of care to all patients

• Instruct and demonstrate exercises with patients to supplement what the physical therapists treated• Apply electric stimulation, H-wave, ice and kinesiology tape on patients • Complete administrative tasks such as cleaning, scanning/uploading paperwork, and scheduling future appointments• Provide quality care to patients• Assists the instruction of aquatic therapy
