• While working for the Corporate Office of a Non-Profit Organization, I worked closely with HR, the CEO and Vice President, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience.• Duties included and were not limited to opening and closing the corporate office, keeping the environment tidy and inviting for clients and consumers.• As the front face of the corporation, it was my task to provide excellent customer service and technical support over the phone, connecting people to the correct departments where they could be further helped.• I was responsible for editing legal documents, also known as Quarterly Reports for the Supportive Living Services Department that would then be submitted to Valley Mountain Regional Center for billing and used to validate services that were provided for Consumers. • For SLS, I created a whole new system on their NetShares Drive so that they could efficiently keep track of their Contact Logs and submit their Quarterlies to me in a timely manner for editing. • I provided technical support for the Manager of Ticket to Work, assisting her with accessing her portal, typing up resumes for her clients, and other forms of paperwork.• For events, I was tasked with coordinating all department by sending mass emails with all information needed to participate.• With my keen eye for aesthetics and know how, I oversaw the making of all brochures for each one of our Departments, producing visual aids, information on the corporation’s history, and the types of services provided.• Daily, it was my responsibility to sign in and out all consumers for the “Options” Adult Day Program for Special Needs. Thus, keeping track of their hours that would later be billed to VMRC.• My duties also included scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating schedules, making appointments, as well as reserving and preparing facilities as needed.
