Executive Legal Administrative Assistant
Current• Directly provide administrative, business and legal support to an Associate, three Senior Partners and Managing Partner• Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters directly related to the management and general administrative business operation of attorney’s day-to-day practice• Monitor and manage department budget and expenses• Coordinate extensive external and internal meetings and appointments; manage attorney calendar/daily schedule and tickler system• Track Continuing Legal Education and licensing requirements • Manage expenses, submit expense reimbursements, and track replies • Effectively draft, proof and edit written communications and legal documents for circulation • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements • Serve as first point of contact for calls, respond to inquiries in a prompt manner, and route to the appropriate person • Manage client billing and serve as key client resource to reassure and build relationships with clients• Maintain organized and up-to-date client electronic and/or paper files• Attorney business development
