• Human resources (interviewing applicants and screening) maintain employee files and education EHR updates and training. • Direct patient care, schedule surgeries, maintain three physician schedules/calendars• Assist with MOHS closures, Nasal endoscopy, suture / laceration repair / ear cleaning / suture removal / pre-operative appointments, steroid injections, Cosmetic Botox and facial fillers.• Manage staff education, certification and licensing. • Key Player in the start-up of EHR.• Manage operations from the front desk to the operating room. • Supervise, train and mentor staff.• Coordinate with insurance companies.• Implemented online insurance verification.• Excel as Surgical Coordinator for patient / family education.• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.• Assist 40+ patients daily.
