While most kids were learning to drive in high school, I was collecting saliva samples from family members to trace the inheritance of polymorphic genes. A self-professed, word-loving science geek, you could say I was destined to shake things up in health and wellness advertising. With a pre-med background, I've always had a fiery passion for science and a peculiar enthusiasm for clinical research. Combined with a literary prowess rooted in playwriting, the resulting concoction of creativity and credibility has shone through in launch after successful launch. And I've spent my career distilling complex science into delicious, bite-sized morsels that fuel creativity and drive business growth. I studied behavioral and systems neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania. After two years of medical research, my original work was published in two peer-reviewed journals. And while my family may forever mourn the stillborn dream of having a doctor in the family, I have found a career that perfectly combines my interest in science with my passion for creative problem-solving. My experience includes medical devices, technology, chronic diseases, aesthetics, heart disease, neurodegenerative conditions, musculoskeletal and growth disorders, oncology, lung disease, health insurance and health systems—for consumer, patient, and provider audiences. I'm a seeker of human truths and a hunter of deep insights. I build teams based on skill set and mindset with the aim of aligning core values and fostering a supportive and inspiring environment. I crave well-articulated and respectful discourse. Because this is how we see the full picture together.In a nutshell: half storyteller, half scientist, and 100% agent of change.
