With over 20 years of experience in teaching and leading in higher education, I am currently the Assistant Dean for Global Education and International Partnerships and an Associate Professor of History at Flagler College. As the Assistant Dean, I oversee the development and implementation of the college's strategic plan for global education, including study abroad, faculty exchange, international students, and international partnerships. I also teach courses on 19th and 20th-century Russian and Latin American history, drawing on my Ph.D. from Florida State University. My core competencies include global awareness, curriculum design, online pedagogy, intercultural communication, academic operations, and strategic planning. I am passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments that foster global citizenship and critical thinking. I am excited to collaborate with colleagues, students, and partners from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to advance the mission and vision of Flagler College.
