• Designed and built fullstack map visualization tool for shippers to see their ongoing shipments’ locations (or subset) along with their remaining routes. (Typescript, React, GraphQL)• Wrote full coverage test suite using Jest and React Testing Library• Logged usage and behavior metrics to track shipper usage patterns and determine which features shippers found most useful. • Worked with the Alexa Conversation Description Language (ACDL) compiler team (Java, Typescript, ANTLR).• Investigated adding ACDL compiler support for generic user types and functions in reusable dialog parameters and multi-part responses.• Designed and developed library dialogs and AWS Lambda templates for skill developers to add list navigation and customer feedback to their ACDL skills.• Instructed other teams on how to adapt the templates to their skills. • Documented enhancements needed for the ACDL compiler to make reusable dialogs more useful.
