Twenty-four years of education/training, curriculum design and implementation, project and team management, and technology integration experience.Education, design, and leadership are my passion. As an educator, mentor, leader, curriculum specialist, and instructional designer, I have actively sought opportunities that inspire professional and personal growth both for myself and for others. Flexibility, engagement, perseverance, and the value of the human capital around you are among the most significant factors I have found to be key in my own journey.Making connections through positive communication--training face-to-face or virtually, sharing a development and implementation schedule, or working closely with partners to exchange feedback and ideas-- is essential to success. No one person can be an expert in everything; being open-minded in order to groom and foster strengths, whether my own or those of my teammates, is a leadership characteristic I hold dear to my heart. Collaborating with, supporting, and coaching others comes naturally to me; likewise, learning a new skill and applying a best practice continues to be one of my primary commitments as an educational leader. I am effective at implementing, integrating, and finding relevant connections for learners.
