Recruit and manage a team of Rehab Therapy Clinicians for hundreds of clinical staffing needs for clients nationwide.

Managed all forms of Cianbro's social media and job boards with the intention of sourcing, recruiting, and growing the company's talent pool. I worked closely with the recruiting team and supported recruitment efforts by organizing campaigns, marketing, and media branding to grow the company's brand and attract talent. I oversaw all recruiting events, fairs, and diversity organizations that Cianbro is involved in.

Responsible for maintaining workflow within the Emergency Department by delegating tasks, communicating effectively with all staff including physicians, nurses within the department and floor, transport, and technicians. Other responsibilities included answering the phones, arranging transport with EMS, filing, reviewing physicians orders and charting.
