Actively promotes, enhances and influences sound project risk management practices (e.g., process improvement, risk identification, assessment, analysis and risk mitigation) across the company by facilitating training, presentations, workshop sessions and other means of communication > Manages project controls program to ensure that identified risk gaps are being addressed, work with Project Controls Managers to ensure proper use of project control systems (i.e. Primavera & CMiC) > Manages all PRM tools to ensure that they are used effectively and support the overall program goals. > Responsible for reporting of key project risks (Key Indicator Report), risk plans, risk trends and project risk management program activities to the Executive Risk Committee (ERC). > Responsible for ensuring internal and external compliance with the company DBE program
