Administration roles include – • Processing new customer orders. • Using database systems System Applications and Products ( SAP)• Amending existing customer orders. • Advising customers of stock levels and order delays• Dealing with customer complaints• Booking transport for multiple deliveries daily• Filling out daily retail sheets• Advising internal colleagues of delivery pricing and transit times to destinations• Despatching stock off the system• Invoicing• Using telephone and diary systems.

Processing customer orders over the phone as well as other customer service duties including sales, complaints and customer care .
