My experience working there was valuable because, the lessons I learned couldn't be taught in a textbook. The connection between the patients and the staff are something that can't be explained. They're like a true family. The staff all work together to make sure that the patients are cared for in the best possible manner. The team building skills along with the other soft skills I learned while I was employed there is something that I will take with me everywhere I go in life.
