Backoffice provides outsource payroll solutions offering Umbrella Products, PAYE and Self Employed services to the Temporary Agency Worker, Contractor and SME market. Joining the business at supervisory level, I grew to Head of Operations managing both Customer Support and Payroll teams within the business. During my time with Backoffice I managed a number of projects and services including the re-brand of the business and website, execution of new Limited Company Product and Flat Rate VAT services. As part of a company merger between the Maddison Group and Backoffice Ltd in February 2015, my responsibilities sat across both businesses to ensure processes were managed and maintained. During my time with the Maddison Group, I managed and implemented a new CIS Limited Company product for the Construction market.
