I'm Jess, I specialise in offering bespoke Team Building and Staff Wellbeing using creativity and play. I'm a trainer and workshop designer/facilitator with 20 years experience creating and delivering creative, playful workshops for Companies, Schools Staff, Children and Young People. Can support companies & individuals with Presentation Skills, Staff Development & workplace dynamics & culture Passionate about using playful means to get to the heart of the matter; using creativity & fun to promote wellbeing in the workplace and beyond. Founder and director of PACT Creative Training (Play, Act, Create, Transform). We offer bespoke creative workshops for teams, operating on the premise that laughter is the best medicine. We useimagination-based playful activities to enhance great team /client relationships and to promote group and individual development. Our workshops are full of laughter and fun, whilst touching the heart of the matter and supporting people to begin and maintain an honest dialogue with themselves about where their strengths and any blocks in achievement may be.The nature of the workshops means they are easily tailored and use the transferable skills of spontaneity and support to enable participants to flourish whilst having fun.
