Due to my success in the operations role, my role changed to working with our vendor partners. In this role I worked under General Counsel/Director of Catastrophe Management, SIU & Compliance. I was responsible for the relationship with, getting under contract, obtaining revenue share and onboarding of our vendor partners as well as auditing their work and managing any performance issues with them. I also was responsible for procuring and being a part of the implementation teams of various software for different departments in the company (HubSpot CRM; Contract Logix; Fresh Desk, VIP). Was key part of our Vendor Hub initiative and on the company metrics team. I also assisted the GC/Director with various projects with compliance, SIU and Catastrophe Management, including planning annual meetings with our clients and vendor partners.

Was responsible for the development of the companies Fast Track and Total Loss teams. This included the overall creation and implementation of the Total Loss Team. For both teams I managed the hiring and onboarding, training & development. Also included participation on client calls, reporting results and reserve/payment approvals on claims over managers authority. For all of Operations I led review of all processes for each of the teams under operations and made recommended changes for processes; worked on special projects which included implementations of those processes, our new phone provider, after hours customer care claims capture and the SCC Customer Team. I also served as a back up to the Director of Operations and was a part of the Employee Relations Team.

Was responsible for the entire property and liability department. Responsibilities included staffing, budgeting, metrics/KPI's, training, auditing, performance management, operational management, process improvement, member relations, vendors, litigation management, catastrophe management and technical oversight on over 2,000 claims (auto, general liability, employment practices, police liability and property).
