The Physio Co helps seniors stay mobile, safe & happy and was established in 2004. It has grown from a one physio operation to a team of 100+ amazing physio's. My title at TPC is 'Creator of Energy and Inspiration' (I know....best title ever!) and my role is to support the wider team across various areas and departments to ensure the day to day functions of the business are maintained. I provide a variety of tasks which includes:-EA to the CEO Tristan White -Administrative assistance to all departments and physio teams-Manage our customer service team of two -Responsibility for social media platforms which include Facebook, LinkedIN, internal/external website-Create and maintain marketing material -Assist with Accounts Receivable-Project management work.-Office management-Daily recognition of staff who have been nominated for living our values so brilliantly. In 2014 I was offered the opportunity to add recruitment to my role responsibilities, whilst still maintaining my role as the ‘Creator of Energy and Inspiration’ for TPC. At that time we had 70-80 physio’s in the team. Back in early 2014, we operated in two states to. Now in 2016, we have established ourselves across all Australian major cities around the country, securing great physio’s. Our team is now at 100+. My recruitment responsibilities are wide and varied and include:-Developing and implementing proactive strategies to recruit TPCers- Coordinating all recruitment campaigns - Coordinating TPC’s attendance at various job shows around the country-Managing Seek/ LinedIN/Facebook accounts -Managing the recruitment budget-Engaging our recruits through our 5 steps recruitment process to ensure we have the best candidates for the role-Coordinating and assisting with our Graduate Information forums -Execute contracts of employment and organise all on-boarding requirements

A diverse role covering all aspects of the business from organising conferences, assisting twenty-four team members, to maintaining the $2.5M budget for the department. This position provides multiple opportunities to interface with key stakeholders including customers, the business community and government agencies across a variety of aspects of business. I was an OH&S Officer and First Aid officer and I am a committee member for the OH&S committee, First Aid Committee, Nexus Committee and the Social Club. The importance of my duties within these committees has taught me various skills such as event management, legislations, data input, diplomacy, working as a team, investigation skills, compassion and leadership. Key responsibilities:• Providing support to the team on financial, forecasting and budgeting matters to ensure that the team’s financial resources are managed in an accurate and timely manner; • Process of all tax invoices in a timely manner and solve any financial issues that may arise;• Manage the Hydration Station system, which includes maintaining the online booking system, paperwork and deliveries of the stations to events; • Manage and maintain corporate merchandise;• Assist in collateral and brochure reprints;• Manage the companies Welcome Home Kits to new customers; • Develop and maintain an online ordering system for stationary items for the company and to handle any issues that may arise;• Maintain IT equipment;• First point of contact for the team and stakeholders;• Assist internal communications with their internal advertising and events;• Record all training for the team;• Scheduling and coordinating meetings for branch managers;• Event management;• Prepare correspondence;• File management;• Web work;• Assist with communications, stakeholder engagement and marketing.

I was originally hired as a contractor during one of Melbourne’s biggest droughts to handle calls from our customers regarding the water restrictions. I was later promoted to call centre.Key responsibilities:• Delivery of high-level customer service and being able to work in a fast paced environment;• Actively listening to customers concerns;• Handling customer and company needs in a timely manner;• Attend to complex customer enquiries via investigation and correspondence;• ASX-One financial system to process customer payments;• Training new staff;• Sound knowledge of business.Achievements:• Being promoted from restrictions to call center;• Being a mentor to new staff;• Learning all aspects of call center from the programs they used to the processes and systems;• Talking to around 100 customers a day with confidentiality, patience and friendliness.
