Support Senior Marketing Manager on the execution of DTC initiatives and projects. Assist Director of DTC with photoshoots both at winery and offsite, gathering props, glassware, and wine. Liaison and point of contact with key external and agency partners. Coordinate feedback on collateral and campaigns. Work on POS materials and tools across all channels. Coordinate details, design and production process for all print media and collateral materials. Proof and test email marketing campaigns. Attend press checks and manage print production. Update the website (wine store, tasting notes, products, events, winery announcements). Work with production team and agency on label development, changes, and printing. Keep winery advertisement subscriptions up to date and accurate. Ensure legal and compliance requirements for marketing initiatives and campaigns. Help source uniforms, harvest shirts, and various branded merchandising items either for employees or for sale to consumers. Adhere to brand and DTC budgets. Maintain accuracy of DTC marketing calendar. Create and process POs and APO program codes for invoice payment.

Provide leadership for Tasting Room, Event, and Production staff. Maintain budgets for donations, advertising, and events. Communicate with customers on a daily basis both verbally and written. Execute successful schedules, hire and train, as well as assist with payroll of Tasting Room Staff. Work as a team with Winemaker, Distribution Manager, and Owner to create and surpass goals. Continue job duties acquired as Administrative Assistant.Key Experiences:-hire and train key positions to help rebrand Sweet Cheeks Winery-refined policies and co-created events that grew tasting room sales by 30% (Feb-May)

Maintain and grow wine club by creating and executing 6 releases per year. Plan exclusive wine club events, maintain communication with current and prospective members, and educate staff on our wine club. Greet guests and accommodate them with proper wine tastings, complete orders, serve guests various foods and beverages. Execute events based on client specifications, including weddings, fundraisers, or private events. Maintain a product and venue knowledge to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind experience. Update the company website, graphics, and social networks on a daily basis. Manage merchandise inventory, as well as design and research apparel that will connect and reflect the company culture.Key Experiences:-Planning the successful 2013 Annual Wine Club Appreciation Dinner. The dinner had to accommodate 500 guests, capture the essence of the winery, and be pulled off with a limited budget.-Assisting with the planning of 2012, 2013, & 2014 Masquerade Ball, the annual 200 guest event.-Growing the Sweet Cheeks Facebook page by 2,000+ followers in the first 4 months since managing the page

Communicate event details with clients, including events at University of Oregon and venues hosting bowl games. Abide by NCAA rules and regulations in regards to ticket distribution. Embrace knowledge of the University to enhance client experience.Key Experience:-Lead the 2011 Pac 12 Championship VIP ticket team. A 400 person event including CEOs and valuable sponsors of the Pac 12 Conference.

Executed client needs directed towards catering for events. Established a basic understanding of events from the production standpoint. Collaborated with various departments to benefit events of various clientele, including VIP, weddings, corporate, and athletic events.Key Experience:-Working in the VIP room for Brian Grant's "Shake It Till We Make It". A 500+ guest event benefiting Brian Grant's foundation towards Parkinson's disease. VIPs included professional athletes, actors, and high society members.
