I led QA support for specific feature sets by writing test plans, documentation andcommunicated information out to the team. These features include: Weapon SkinRecolors, Daily and Weekly Challenges, Halloween Collection Event: Fight or Fright,Halloween LTM: Shadowfall and the Christmas Collection Event: Holo-Day. I also provided daily morning and afternoon playtest stability reports.

I collaborated and communicated with multi-disciplinary teams and incorporated their feedback after evaluation into high-fidelity interactive concepts for implementation. I designed these concepts with a strong focus on usability in addition to meeting technical requirements and the creative direction across the UI in Adobe XD.

I thoroughly investigated functional, visual, and user experience issues and wrote detailed bug reports in JIRA. My primary role was to support the UI development team with a focus on identifying high priority UI issues. During the iteration process, I wrote concise, constructive reports based on gathered feedback while also providing a greybox design assessment.

I created concepts, wireframes, user stories, flowcharts, designs and prototypes for the web and mobile applications in order to meet the goal of a project before entering the development process.

I designed concepts for a web application whose goal was to assist in the learning and presentation process for teachers, students and professionals alike. Collaborated with Pearson and IBM Watson.

My responsibilities included font identification, working on the laser download, fixing setup problems, setting up logos and imprints in templates, and cleaning up customer's orders to achieve desired results before going into production by using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
