Teaching a wide range of ages and abilities from 3 year olds taking thier first steps into the pool to adults learning for the first time and competitive swimmers heading towards the National Championships. I take an extra interest in teaching those on a 1-2-1 basis who have lost their water-confidence and working towards building it back up again.

Worked continuously throughout the pandemic as an essential worker within the business,supporting colleagues at all levels to work effectively and thrive whilst working remotely. I wasresponsible for repurposing and maintaining the offices and warehouse, communicating withvarious contractors and designing new breakout spaces for staff. I assisted in streamliningand administering new HR processes and software as well as teaching the staff how to usethem. H&S is one of my main responsibilities and I have written and edited policies andprocedures as well as enforcing them. Whilst working from home, I decided to do my CIPD Level 3 to increase my knowledge, understanding andsupport my manager. I have now completed it and am a Qualified CIPD Associate Member and I have already applied thislearning in administering the review, recruitment, and writing contracts that abide by currentlaws

Some days can be selling edible coctails at an immersive theatre experience, supervising an edible bubble machine whilst promoting the brand at the Food & Drink Expo, drawing in participants to try the Gin Experience or spreading awareness of the brand and selling to festival goers. I have enjoyed and excelled in each of these roles.
