*Provide direction and mentoring to 15 plus employees in the execution of roles and responsibilities and provide comprehensive orientation and education to new employees, monitoring execution closely throughout tenure.*Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams in the execution of special projects and assigned departmental responsibilities.*Assist in the creation and implementation of all aspects of client reporting (i.e. credit and compliance exception reporting, ASF reporting, and securitization reporting) for numerous clients.*Review and understand compliance issues, inclusive of QM/ATR, TILA and RESPA regulations.*Manage and maintain client and seller relationships.

*Utilize comprehensive knowledge of lending practices to generate increased revenue and maintain optimum levels of lending, performing appropriate High Cost, APR, Amount Financed, and State Predatory tests.*Perform comparative fraud reviews with professional and departmental standards, and provide expert output to clients throughout these audits and examinations.*Evaluate the credentials of loan applicants to ensure compliance to investor guidelines, state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to investor delivery timelines.*Coordinate and complete the requisite documentation in support of lending procedures, supporting the reported findings and process utilized with comprehensive data.

*Perform non-performing asset reviews, pay history reviews, and collection comments reviews with professional and departmental standards, and provide expert output to clients throughout these audits and examinations. *Conduct Arch Bay quality controls checks in underwriter reviews and provide valuable feedback on quality improvement.*Responsible for entering data into MAVENT as well as internal compliance engines, focusing on numerical accuracy and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.*Utilize comprehensive knowledge of lending practices to generate increased revenue and maintain optimum levels of lending, performing appropriate High Cost, APR, Amount Financed, and State Predatory tests.*Assist in the creation and implementation of all aspects of client reporting (i.e. HMDA reporting, conditions reporting, compliance reporting) for numerous clients.*Provide direction and mentoring to 5 plus employees in the execution of roles and responsibilities and provide comprehensive orientation and education to new employees, monitoring execution closely throughout tenure.
