Any complaints are handled in a professional manner with a sense of urgency.-Ensure customer expectations are met through accurate pricing and merchandise being available in store. The volume and mix of hard parts and showroom merchandise available in the store will maximise sales and meet both trade and retail customers' needs while maintaining stock levels under control.- Visual merchandising principles and housekeeping standards are implemented in the store to meet company requirements.- Support the Store Manager in achieving compliance by actively monitoring the workplace to determine presence of hazards, taking appropriate action to rectify hazards if found and initiate actions to improve OHS within area of responsibility.

The purpose of this role is ensuring our trade customers are being provided with the highest levels of service excellence and that Repco is their preferred source of supply. Focus areas include but are not limited to the following;- Ensure maximum use is made of promotional daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly catalogues for trade customers and in conjuction with the Store Manager and Trade Business Development Manager ensure correct stock levels are maintained.- Ensure volume and mix of hard parts are available in store to meet trade customers' needs and maximise sales while maintaining stock levels under control.-Registration and installation of the company's online ordering program on trade customers' computers and tablets./iPads etc.-Implement and and execute trade sales events and information evenings in conjuction with the State Equipment Manager as well as supplier representatives.-Ensure store staff answer the telephone and assist customers as per the company standards to ensure their needs are met and maximum sales are achieved.-Compile a weekly and monthly report on targets, markets, customer and competitor activity to Store Manager and Trade BDM.-Ensure Delivery Drivers are organised and working in a safe and efficient manner to maximise sales.-Identify low spend item classes, investigate to ensure there are not any issues and if so work as a team to find a solution.
