Talent Acquisition Manager
CurrentAs the Talent Acquisition Manager, I manage a team of recruiters and all hiring, recruiting, on-boarding, staffing and other related Talent processes company-wide for our 22 locations. ELT has doubled in size over the past few years with 1,200+ employees and continues to rapidly grow throughout the mid-Atlantic in MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, DE.This includes:-Manage a team of Recruiters -Ensure staffing needs are met and jobs are filled -Manage all recruiting and on-boarding processes-Focus on Strategic Talent Acquisition projects to improve recruiting and retention -Partner with Senior Leadership to improve TA processes -Consult and guide hiring managers throughout recruiting and hiring processes-Train & mentor corporate recruiter(s) and other HR personnel.To see a current list of our open jobs, check out our website at www.easternlifttruck.com/career
