Elected Board Member
The Boards of Directors for tech platforms are often controlled by venture capital investors, without worker or user representation. The Ampled board of directors differs in that it is a decision-making body made up of elected representatives from each stakeholder class (workers, artists, and community members). The elected representatives serve as stewards of the interests of each stakeholder group and the overall platform.

Start.coop exists to power up the next generation of co-op entrepreneurs. Through our tailor-made accelerator program, we help founders build thriving businesses that share wealth with their workers and communities. Working alongside the Founder, I also co-lead and co-manage the Start.coop accelerator, with a particular focus on overall strategy, program design, gender and race equity, entrepreneur recruitment, and entrepreneur coaching.
