Current• Employ strong organizational, project management, and customer service skills to shepherd 55+ successful theatrical productions from rehearsal through closing, maintaining flexibility to meet changing circumstances with collaborative teamwork• Apply exceptional written and verbal communication skills as the point of contact between cast, management, technical, and creative departments using scheduling documents, meeting minutes, email correspondence, and in person contact to express the project vision and develop relationships with stakeholders built on mutual respect• Confidently interact with members of the internal and external community employing professional demeanor and respect to welcome them to the production, communicate their expected experience, and build a foundation for ongoing partnerships• Manage weekly meetings of management, technical, and artistic staff including clear communication of objectives, calendaring, basic set up of AV equipment, and minute taking to achieve focused coverage of topics• Use time management and prioritization skills to lead technical rehearsals, pausing to insert design/technical elements such as scenic moves, costume changes, automation, light, and sound cues while employing multi-tasking to create and maintain documentation of all cue information for successful replication at every performance • Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of artists from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and physical capabilities by advocating for them with directors within the rehearsal room and theatre management for overall matters• Handle sensitive information including contact information of VIP artists and emergency medical information for all performers with confidentiality and discretion
