I manage many different customers for our Government Contract business as well as our Tactical Retail channel. This involves direct contact with end-users, our dealers and distributors, our CamelBak sales team, and our outside sales team(s). I am also the Contract Administrator for our GSA MAS and BPA Contracts, providing customer service to end-users and GSA customer service, as well as creating required reporting and managing contract modifications. I submit the Small Business Subcontracting Report and the Small Business Subcontracting Plan annually. I update our SAM registration annually as well.I manage RFQs (Request for Quote) with our direct customers (micro-purchase GPC orders) as well as our distributors and TLS vendors.
