As Co-founder and Manager of the studio, I led digital marketing strategies, organized successful events, and implemented an e-commerce. Additionally, I recruited and developed talents, enhancing my skills in recruitment/selection and leadership.Opting for a career transition, with a focus on large technology companies, I joined Stone as a Customer Experience Analyst. This opportunity allowed me to deepen my understanding of business rules' complexities and the functioning of large corporations, significantly expanding my professional horizon, which had previously centered on experiences with smaller companies. Currently, as a Team Leader in Customer Experience, I lead a team dedicated to customer service. My focus is on service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, always maintaining close collaboration with product developers. I am committed to providing not only quality service but also aligning our operations synergistically with user innovations and needs.My journey reflects my commitment to excellence, effective leadership, and the ability to generate positive results in various areas.
