It Project Management Lead Analyst
Current- Participate in post-incident reviews for notable and unplanned outages to gather critical information regarding root causes, solutions, preventative measures, and risk of recurrence
- Deliver monthly reliability trending presentations to White Glove clients, offering valuable insights into system performance and improvements
- Conduct monthly client meetings, ensuring proactive communication and providing clients with comprehensive information about recent application outages
- Manage team projects, closely monitoring progress to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Collaborate with the development team to test and validate new features in a non-production environment, ensuring functionality and performance before release
- Support account managers and stakeholders by handling ad-hoc requests, addressing reporting needs, and assisting with client inquiries
