It Project Management Lead Analyst
Current• Participate in post-incident reviews for notable and unplanned outages to gather critical information regarding root causes, solutions, preventative measures, and risk of recurrence• Deliver monthly reliability trending presentations to White Glove clients, offering valuable insights into system performance and improvements• Conduct monthly client meetings, ensuring proactive communication and providing clients with comprehensive information about recent application outages• Manage team projects, closely monitoring progress to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule• Collaborate with the development team to test and validate new features in a non-production environment, ensuring functionality and performance before release• Support account managers and stakeholders by handling ad-hoc requests, addressing reporting needs, and assisting with client inquiries• Act as a key liaison between technology teams and Regulated Markets, delivering timely root cause analyses and preventative measures related to past incidents• Prepare concise and business-friendly executive summaries during and immediately following notable impact outages• Capture meeting minutes and distribute meeting summaries to the team
