As a Sales Lead at REI, I leverage my background in biological sciences and passion for the great outdoors with my experience in education and team management, to provide local communities with the knowledge and equipment to connect with nature. With over four years of experience in team management, research, and science education, I have developed strong communication, people management, and creative problem-solving skills that enable me to efficiently complete the goals and projects of my team.I am passionate about marine conservation, science education, and community engagement. I enjoy teaching others about marine ecosystems and outdoor adventures. I take pride in cultivating a space that empowers others to experience nature and learn about our delicate ecosystems. In my spare time, I love to travel, rock-climb, and SCUBA dive, and I'm currently planning a trip to Vietnam to go diving!
