I act as the civilian military liaison to ensure that all contract functions run smoothly at the Charleston site and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. I provide marketing to military commands to increase the numbers using our program. Additionally, I prepare monthly and annual reports for the Navy and my company; prepare and approve payroll documentation.As a supervisor for the facilitators for our program I am responsible for interviewing, hiring, orienting; and providing ongoing supervision via classroom observation, debriefs and trainings. Furthermore, I provide facilitators with annual performance appraisals.Additionally, I facilitate classes two times per month. As a facilitator, I provide questions to a mid-size group of sailors about the choices they are making with their lives and whether they are satisfied with them. Topics covered include: drug and alcohol abuse; interpersonal responsibility; communications; mental, physical and sexual health.

Building relationships with women to introduce them to the Mary Kay product. Finding out what their needs are in order to find out what will best suit their needs. Maintaining the relationship by frequently sending emails and following up with phone calls. I don't inquire just about what their skin care needs are but how they are doing as well--remembering the things in their lives that matter!

Maintained active case load of families who were indicated for physical or sexual abuse or neglect. This involved frequent home and school visits as well as preparing for court appearances. I also made recommendations and follow-ups with community service agencies and prepared extensive documentation.
