From the birth of a child, to a diagnosis, a recovery, a mental illness crisis, a medical miracle, or the death of a family member. You may not remember someone's name but you will remember for a lifetime how they made you feel, good or bad. I am extremely passionate about leveraging technology to create efficiencies, and empower employees, so they can focus on what matters most, the patient.
