Designed and instructed PAF 421: Leadership Capstone for Public Service Academy students. Taught roughly 40 students each semester on systems mapping, actor mapping, cross-sector collaboration design and stakeholder involvement through individualized and group projects that reflect students’ growth throughout their time in the program. Completed all grading with meaningful feedback, hosted virtual office hours and assisted with connections to leaders in the field for students to gain feedback on their projects.

Managed the recruitment, program design and launch of the ASU Public Service Academy, a four-year, university-wide leadership program that develops character-driven leaders from all majors to lead change via collaboration between the public, private, nonprofit and military sectors. Created a student leadership model centered around individual growth and tangible skill development while leading. Coaching tools created include: 360 evaluations, self-reflective evaluations, and feedback frameworks for goal formation driven by data.Supervised two staff members who oversee all event logistics, membership onboarding and database systems, program operations and financial documentation, community partner relationship management and internship coordination.Developed a six-course academic certificate in Cross-Sector Leadership and taught foundational and intermediate courses in design thinking, cross-sector collaboration, and systems thinking. The Fellowship in University Innovation is a highly selective 12 month program for high-achieving young entrepreneurial professionals interested in innovation, executive leadership and policy in higher education. Fellows function as strategic advisors on new partnerships and special initiatives of interest to President Crow. Fellows work in a collaborate think-tank / rapid start-up environment and engage in executive level project development, research and policy analysis. Responsibilities: - Provided high-level strategic design and planning for presidential initiatives. - Led design and creation of marketing material including 2020 strategic plan. - Researched, analyzed, and developed university policy and project budgets. - Co-led projects intended to increase the accessibility and quality of the university. - Facilitated relationships with key external partners and thought leaders.

Represented the University of Alabama Undergraduate Admissions in the states of Arizona and New Mexico, resulting in a regional applicant increase of over 320 percent and a commitment increase of over 266 percent. Advised and communicated with over 200 admitted students through high school visits, emails, phone calls, and after-school one-on-one meetings. Independently set up high school visits with high school counselors, and continue correspondence with counselors on University updates and applicant status questions. Continually update the University’s network database and document all interactions with students and parents. Plan large-scale events to allow future students to connect with current students and alumni. Attend college fairs, school panels, and financial aid information sessions. Created a year-round communications plan to ensure message consistency amongst all UA Regional Recruiters. Coordinate and plan on-campus student visits with campus faculty and current student ambassadors

Taught a self-contained cross-categorical special education classroom spanning grades fourth through eighth in a Title I school in Glendale, Arizona. Served as team leader for the Special Education Department, as well as a grade level tutor. Coordinated and led all Individualized Education Program meetings with students, parents, and administrators, and taught professional development seminars for fellow teachers.
