Guest Services coordinator is responsible for managing attendees first impressions experience and Cornerstone Fellowships brand to our 6,000+ congregation. The coordinator overseas over 300+ volunteers that make up varying teams serving over a capacity of 4 weekly services and on an as needed basis. Duties Include: • Manage, Train and schedule 300+ volunteers in serving capacities• Evangelism & community engagement services and avenues to ministries and 10,000+ congreations (Spanning 4 campuses, and online)• Modeling and content creation of Best Practices manual and team development• Superb presentation skills and subject matter expert• Maintain extensive and detailed calendars in a changing environment• Cross functional team engagement and communication• Event Management and Vendor Management• Email Marketing, Brand Development Campaigns, and Metrics Tracking• Manage and create content for online and social media avenues
