With the Raiders, I get to be a positive and engaging representation of the Raider Brand on and off the clock. I aid many different departments including the Raiderettes, Raider Foundations, Event Operations, Community Relations, and Alumni Relations in event preparation, execution, and promotion. These events include Raiders Training Camp, Raiders Junior Training Camp, Raider Nation on Location, and community events. This position allows me to deliver a unique and personal experience to all fans, alumni, and corporate partners that I meet. The team I work with has a strong team dynamic, I am an involved and encouraging team player.

Over the course of the year, I have learned valuable planning and communication skills by working deep within the events industry. I was a staffing coordinator as well as an event production manager. Within my portfolio, I managed 10 client accounts working with them on developing their event vision, producing the event, and creating marketing plans. My daily responsibilities included creating dashboards, spreadsheets, and social medial content for hiring and marketing for events. I conducted interviews, hired brand ambassadors and event labor, trained all event staff, and managed teams on and off-site. Through the use of a CRM online management program, I was able to effectively manage all client and talent information, create reports, and calendar events. In this position, attention to detail and organization are essential. I had multiple events running every week and weekend, planning ahead kept everything in order. Communication via email, phone call, and meetings; ran every day to ensure that all staff members were set up for success and all clients' needs were being met. This job solidified my passion for events and created one of a kind experiences for both guests and employees.

I operated as the single server for the entire bar on high volume nights. I serviced guests from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. Our guests' experience was completely my responsibly and I take great pride in being able to deliver fast and personal service to all guests while maintaining a friendly and productive environment with my co-workers. Teamwork is the most important part of making sure the bar fun smoothly and our guests leave happy.

As event staff I take on many different roles at Destinations by Design:- on-site setup and tear down - develop events theme and build decor accordingly - entertainment supervisor - arrival and departure transportation - VIP greetings I believe that the best event planner is not just leaders but also understand every moving part of an event.
