I create many of the necessary reports needed by the team and others, most of which are distributed beyond our department, including to our clinics, business partners, vendors, and executive leadership. I manage the financials for the team, both for Medicaid MU/PI and MIPS PI. I also taught myself Microsoft Access, and have built and maintained our team database each year beginning in 2018. I also hold the Master Life-to-Date file that contains all of the information for every clinician we have tracked, every attestation completed since 2011, and all of the financial information for the entire team's work from the beginning. I alone am responsible for making updates to this file and I generate reports from the data routinely.

I track all of the audit packets our team builds each year as well as the 20 or so elements of the audit packets we collect for every clinician attested, covering both Medicaid MU/PI and MIPS PI. During this time, we were tracking over 3,000 clinicians annually. In addition to having to be a subject matter expert on Meaningful Use, we also trained ourselves on a new federal incentive program that began in 2017 called the Quality Payment Program. Our team focused on the MIPS track, specifically on the Promoting Interoperability performance category of MIPS.

I completed and submitted approximately 1,100 2014 Hardship Exception applications covering physicians across the entire enterprise. I managed the Public Health project and held calls with representatives for every state Medicaid office, immunization registry, and EHR vendor to confirm their unique requirements to satisfy the Immunizations Registry MU measure and to obtain evidence for our CY2014 audit packets. I researched and provided reports on various MU components as requested.
